About Joyce

Woman with short gray hair wearing a brown vest and turquoise necklace.

Meet Joyce

I’m Joyce Roseman, an artist, guitar string jewelry designer, collector of vintage treasures, and a woman who believes there is always room for more joy.

For nearly 38 years, life has taken Glen and me down roads we never could have imagined. Along the way, I’ve learned a great deal about resilience, the things we carry, and the importance of finding beauty in the middle of an imperfect life.

Art has always given me a place to return to myself. What began with guitar string jewelry grew into something much bigger, bringing together my love of creating, my fascination with meaningful objects, and my desire to share a little beauty with others.

Today, I’m opening the door to an even fuller expression of that creativity. You’ll find original art, one of a kind guitar string jewelry, Joy Boxes filled with thoughtfully made treasures, and vintage finds that have captured my heart. You’ll also find glimpses of home, the collected pieces that make it personal, and the little details that remind me that beauty doesn’t have to be grand to be meaningful.

At 62, retirement isn’t in the plan just yet. But I am turning a page. I’m making room for new ideas, following my curiosity, and discovering what this next chapter can become.I no longer want my story to be defined only by what has been difficult. I want it to reflect what I’m making, what I’m discovering, what I’m learning to appreciate, and all the ways life can continue to surprise us.

This is what Curating More Joy means to me. It’s a practice of noticing, creating, collecting, and surrounding ourselves with things that make everyday life feel a little more like our own.

I’m glad you’re here. I hope you’ll find something that speaks to you, whether it’s a piece of art, a treasured object, something made by hand, or simply an idea that inspires you to see your own everyday world a little differently.

There’s always more to discover joy, and I’m just getting started.
